I need the equivalent function written in C#.
The c# version must be able to product exactly the same results as the excel function.
I found an implementation in the url below, but it doesnt seem to create the same results as Excel, so please don't send me this implementation.

Hi., i worked out last night (28/Jan/17) on the equation of ForeCast function of Excel on official Office website. Code is ready, checked on few range of values, giving exact results as Excel.
