Our client has a real estate catalog site featuring rental listings. This site is build in a legacy Java CMS. The site is also connected to a Wordpress Blog. The client would like to rebuild the legacy site using new design concepts we introduced into the wordpress blog design. Some mockups and specs already exist for pages in the catalog site. The freelancer will need to develop templates and a custom theme for the new site, and integrate an XML feed of apartment listings and search results into the site. We have examples of other sites we have done this with. The site must be 100% responsive and well tested on all browsers. This project is to build a working prototype for client approval. Content loading of the entire site and final testing will be handled in a follow up project.
