I am interested in hiring someone to set up a simple, new Wordpress site that will essentially be the sales page for a new product. There will be a couple other pages (privacy policy and disclaimer) that I want to be able to add, but I want their design/look to be similar to the sales page. I already have the header designed and the background images, so the design will look exactly like an already existing site I have (I don't need design services necessarily, I just need someone to put it all in place and make it look like I want). I would like the site set up with some basic SEO done, I can provide key words and I will add all the text for the sales page itself. One thing I do need, is some specific, custom programming to add a small three part form to the header, where people who have bought my product will enter their name, email and order number to receive a free gift. I will set all this up in AWeber and can provide the code for that. I just need you to set up the form in the header, to look like an already existing form I have for another, similar product. I already have the domain registered and the hosting account set up. To Summarize:
1. Set up new Wordpress site
2. Basic SEO
3. Arrange layout with header and background I already have and will provide
4. Custom programming in header to add opt-in form, I will provide code
5. Set up in a way that I can add a new page myself, with a different header
