Build a One Page Map/Route Web Page

Hello.

I need to adapt a kiosk page in which visitors will see a map that has been already illustrated (o it can also be a Google Map) from which visitors will select a "Start" and a "Destination" from either clicking on the map locations or by selecting from a list on the bottom.

Each location from start to destination that will also be prespecified (a total of 45 locations), and the website will bring back a pre made route illustration map (from the initial map illustration but with a layer with the route) and the text for the directions the visitor has to follow to get to the destination from the start location. All this text will also be provided.

In addition to this, the visitor will be offered to print the route in a printer friendly format, download the route, share the route, email the route or open it with a Waze, Google Maps or Apple Maps.

All these has to be on a responsive format for all platforms and have metrics for each route and selection.

All graphics will be provided.

Work may be updated with minor features but the essential work is what has been described.

Files must be provided to load on a computer in the kiosk to allow operation without internet.

Ability to develop an App Machine (www.appmachine.com) application would be a plus.

I selected the $250 - $750 range as it was the lower limit but you all experts know this application cost is much lower than that.
