This site will allow people to create accounts and rate other people they deal with online.
Users who trade or sell products online, like craigslist, tradeya, ibarterandtrade, etc. Anyone will be able to create an account and allow other people to reate them.
For example, two people trade items or buy and sell something. They will be able to create accounts to rate the other person; did the seller show up? was the buyer on time? was the item as advertised? were you happy with the trade?
User profiles will display other people's ratings. This will help people know whether or not to work with the person.
- The admin should should full control over the site
- Users should be able to create free accounts

The site will work like Angie's List and allow people to see the ratings left by others.
