Alignment of Images in a Responsive Blogger Site

I need an expert who has done projects on google blogger to help me align images on my responsive blogger site. It should be able to be viewed clearly on desktop/laptop. tablet and smart phones .
Please see the attached files. I placed them in order
1. The homepage has eight images, i like it to be arrange in a 4 rows by 2 column formation. Currently i few boxes are out of place.
2. On the home page, there are links "1,2,3,4,,,next last" Please click on any of the links. You will notice that the linked pages have stretch images. and blurry images. I like the images to be scaled smaller so that it is clear.
3. When viewed from mobile, the image "additional math, elementary math...etc." need to be align to the center below the logo " tuitionwithjason"
