I need a web script (or piece of software) that allows for boosting of Alexa rank of any domain. Investigation of how Alexa rank is tracked will be needed.

The main concept is theoretically outlined in a blog post at [url removed, login to view] - this may or may not still be an accurate way to boost Alexa ranking.

Research into exactly how Alexa rank is tracked will be necessary.

I need someone who has the tools (VPS or otherwise) to generate the IDs and has knowledge of proxies. (or can learn about them)
