5 Page Fishing Theme Website

I need a simple but professionally done 5 page freshwater fishing website which will include a Home Page, About Us, Buy Online, Tips and Tricks and a Contact Us page. This is also including 3 Pop Ups when a viewer clicks on them: S&H Information, Privacy Policy, Returns. The website must be eye candy and easy to read.
The Home Page will include a main picture of a person catching fish, a fisherman, a trout getting hooked, or something a long that line.
Buy Online will display under construction. The website will eventually have an e-commerce software integrated with it.
Contact Us page will be a form not a simple link. Which will include Name: Phone: Email: Message. When its complete, the email will be send to my email address.
I would also need a small custom logo with a trout integrated onto the logo... or a rod or reel integreted in. I maybe open to suggestions.
The website must be fast loading.
I prefer a blue and gold/orange or silver color schema.
The site must be easy to modify.
Website must be completed within 2-3 weeks maximum.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
