Hello, Thank you for bidding. Here is what I'd like to have done on a flash site. 1. Add 3 floating images with links to an external page. 2. Add a couple extra links on the site to an external page. 3. Automatically detect user's internet connection speed: a. If their speed is 100Kb or lower, direct them to the html version of the site (I have the html site design already). b. If they have a broadband connection, direct them to the flash version of the site. 4. Add interactivity to the flash site by: a. Having color running through the current graphics (right now it's black and white with several moving images). b. Also, various "quotes" popping up at different time intervals next to different images(I'll provide the quotes and let you know which images I'd like them to appear next to). c. Finally, various other different images(tv screen coming down on a wall with a moving image on it, a disco ball, blue graduation cap, etc) appearing in various parts of the homepage at different time intervals. ## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
