I have developed an application in Excel 2003 with its own Menu using customized Command Bars to replace Excel 2003's standard in-built menu system. The macro functions (within the Command Bars) are activated by the Menu AND/OR an in-built dashboard that is displayed in the application.
I now wish to migrate the application to an Excel 2007 macro-enabled Workbook however I need to display my customised Menu when the application is OPENED - NOT Excel 2007's in-built default menu (which MUST BE HIDDEN) - and Excel 2007's in-built default menu automatically ACTIVATED/SHOWN when the application is CLOSED.
Based on the above I need you modify Excel 2007's XML "start-up" procedure to achieve the above as I do NOT want my customized Menu being displayed under Excel's "Add-In" menu on the Ribbon, which it does at present.
All of the customized menu procedures contained within the attached Excel 2003 file need to be duplicated in so far as "look and feel" and "functionality" is concerned in Excel 2007 with the attached Excel 2007 macro-enabled Workbooks containing all of these routines with the appropriate changes in the macros to reflect that the application is an "XLMS" file.
All of the Menu Commands (macros and "Send-Keys") must be able to be activated in Excel 2007 by either the Menu AND/OR the in-built dashboard that is displayed in the application.
The various customized menus (that are invoked according to the name of the workbook) are contained in the workbook(s) with the respective menu or sub-menu routines being contained within the "Del_Maintenance_Menu", "Menu_Functions", "Menu_Plus", "Menu_Pro" and the "Menu_VFG" VBA modules.
