Need to add something similar to this [url removed, login to view]

so my wordpress threaded comments can be toggled (it shlould be hidden by default)

I am using this plugin [url removed, login to view] to thread comments and make wordpress comments fully Ajax everything is working fine just need to add some script to it to get the threaded replies toggles.
