Spyware and Adware Scanner/Remover - With Database

I would like to welcome anyone with the skills to create a spyware/adware scanner/remover. This software shall detect at least the amount of Spyware, Parasites, Scumware, Trojaners, Dialers, Malware, Browser hijackers and tracking components as Ad-Aware SE Professional does. The software shall scan: - The hard disk, including support for ZIP files and Cabinet files (.cab). - The registry of the current user and the local machine - The Memory (including loaded processes and modules) The software shall show detailed information about the found malware. The software shall remove the malware without any remaining traces and has to do everything to avoid the necessity of a relogon or a restart of the PC to remove the malware. If necessary the Software shall unload process modules on the fly - so the module can be deleted by the software. There should also be a reference file containing spyware/adware definitions that can be easily updated while the user is connected to the internet. This software should be able to compete with some of the leading spyware & adware removal software available today, including Ad-Aware form www.lavasoftusa.com. After the project is complete, full sourcecode will be necessary for all work you have provided. The software has to be created in Borland Delphi, Borland CBuilder. The software must support Windows 98/Me/2000/XP/2003.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
