**Please see the attached Access database and also look at the relationships**
I have an Access database and need some programming done on it - basically this database has tables for
**Main tables**
**Property**
This table contains details of each of the properties to be managed and I have a form for entering information to this table already in the database.
**Contracts**
This table contains each of the contracts. One property - see above can have many contracts against it. I need a form that allows me to create the contracts against these properties
The contracts can be for expense (that is the property owner pays a cost of per period against the property) or for income (that is the property owner is paid an income)
**Tenants**
Each contract can have one or more tenants against each contract. So I need a form that allows me to enter many tenants against each contract
** Supplier**
This contains the details of the suppliers and I need a form to allow me to enter and amend suppliers ??" a supplier can provide a bill which may for the 1 or more properties. The supplier is linked to the bills.
**
Bills**
This table contains a series of transactions per property. When a contract is created from new I need an option that creates bills for the contract. If a contract is for a period of 6 months and is billed monthly then 6 bills will be created in this table for this contract. The bills will be referenced
Unique Contract Number - Month Number Year - Bill Number
So for unique contract number 1234 that runs from June 2009 through to Jan 2010 bills with references
1234-0609-1
1234-0709-2
1234-0809-3
1234-0909-4
1234-1009-5
1234-1109-6
1234-1209-07
1234-0110-08
will be created by the system
**Enter Bill**
Bills can be entered for a supplier or a contract. If a bill is entered for a supplier then the entry routine must allow me to link the bill to one or many properties.
When a bill is linked to many properties the the bill will have a total amount - when this is linked to many properties each property it is linked to has a 'piece' of the total amount - as an example if a bill is for £123 it can be linked to 3 properties say where one property has £80 another has £25 and another has £18 total £123
This apportioning is handled by the entries in table **allocations**
**Transactions**
This table contains all the bank transactions ??" each bank transaction can be to pay off individual bills - one bank transactions can be allocated to one or more bills - so a bank transaction can be say £234 and this is then allocated to 4 bill transactions in amounts £80, £120, £30 and £4
Items stay unallocated until they are manually allocated- so I need a routine to allocate them to bills.
