Newsletter Assistant

I'm looking to put together a newsletter authoring assistant, comparable to [url removed, login to view]'s ezine assistant as far as interface, navigation, and basic functions. In addition: - Auto Spam check, and formatting of trigger words to avoid filtering. - Save as HTML option, with title, meta attributes appendable. - RSS feed generation ... if possible. - Auto submit to newsletter directories. - Seamless integration with AWeber, GetResponse, and other major autoresponder services ... as well as the major server side scripts (AutoResponse Plus). - Seamless integration with Jason Potash's EzineAnnouncer newsletter/article submission software, if the ability to provide an auto submit feature is too advanced a task to stay within the project budget. In short, a tool that will allow newsletter and article authors to write (font, style, line and character formatting options), spell check, spam check, and save their finished content as both text and SEO optimized HTML (for online archiving). An auto submission contact fill form that allows the user to user to easily submit to a database of directories is also desired.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
