Site allows a user to upload 2 images (1 of themselves and another of possibly a freind) that visitors to the site vote which image is "hotter" or which they prefer. Simple. Not exactly image rating but more of Image selection where the amnt of votes are stored and accessed to determine which image is preferred at x amnt of votes.

Visitors -> shown previously uploaded photos. Visitor selects which photo they prefer; A or B or vote "TIE". Visitors can also leave comments which will be shown the next time those photos are up for selection. After selection, the next set of photos appear (like in hot or not after rating a photo). The photo w/ more votes in previous set of photos is shown on the side with the amount of votes accumulated or percentage of votes accumulated (again, similar to hot or not, [url removed, login to view]).

Users: Users create a login (email)/pwd to upload photo(s). When user uploads photo(s); everytime that user logs in, they should see the results of the votes relating to their uploaded photos.

Users can also:

- message other members via their inbox

- remove photos/ or cancel contest but cannot change photos in a live "match"

- additional emails ok

User emailed results.

Control Panel that allows for:

- approve/disapprove photos and also comments.

- forget password tool for users and reset password for admin towards users.

- admin can configure number of votes for each "contest"

- activate/inactivate members

- backup database easily

- admin can enable PayPal subscription (Option to charge members) if need be in the future.

- a BANNER management system

- max number of messages allowed per user inbox or amount of storage.

+ more not shown on list.
