Finish Magazine (Classified) Design Based on existing Pages

Hello all. I recently posted a bid for my classified magazine. I found someone who is pretty ok. the problem is that he will duplicate EXACTLY what i have on the screen, i gave him JPGs low res. he created nice PDF (InDesign Files) I need someone to take what i have all so far and create a few pages. I will need: a Front Page and a MediaKit. If you're into print and magazine, i shouldn't have to tell you what goes inside of a MediaKit (ad rates, circulation, etc...) and the front page should be based on the format i attached. and of course PLEASE RESPECT THE MARGINS, MAKE SOMETHING THAT LOOKS PROFESSIONAL if this is your first job, don't bid. I am looking for perfection in design and layout, cleanliness and proof of an experienced print designer... I am looking for only proactive people, no excuses can DO and FINISH the job, and where there's no detail he/she can ADD it and make it look professional and nice. Hint: I am a designer so i am hard to please but i appreciate good ingenious work... Good luck all... PS: This will preferably be done in InDesign... because that's the format i know. now if you wanna do it in any other format, be sure that I will be able to use you on a monthly basis, continuously, every month i will be sending you information that will go inside the template of the magazine and this will be the new magazine for the month... you need to know how to position articles/ads, etc... If you're good and you're the one i am looking for, it will be fun working, espeically on a more steady/monthly basis. Thanks Again!

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
