Custom DIV windows

Need custom DIV windows, will need at least 5 on same page.

1. only 1 can be open at a time

2. needs to behave & look like the "MORE INFO" window on site now

i.e fade open/close & scroll for nice visual effect.

[url removed, login to view] "MORE INFO" link must still work in the DIV as it does now, and NOT be visable when div closes, as it is now, have had issues with that..

4. div windows must close when clicked off the div window, i.e. clicking anywhere else on the page will close the div.

5. I need to be able to set a display:none or reverse to open window to default OPEN when the page loads or page is reset.

6. Needs to work tn, IE, FF, google chrome
