I need a chat system set up for my networking website, I use to have one a few years back, it was made in ActiveX and was pretty good, however users needed to download the ocx files? for the chat, the developer? was doing very little to fix the problems, and in the end gave me to many? headaches, I ended up closing the site.
So this time around I am doing it right and would like to find someone experienced enough to complete this project. Please read this project and be sure you understand it? before submitting a bid.
- I need a chat system built similar to the old MSN style chat service.

When doing this project you are? responsible for the complete setup, this includes; the design of all related pages? associated to the chat system, all images,? multi-language settings, and the complete? mIRC server setup.
