Concept

The website should allow users to purchase products from any other website with something like an iframe or a built in browser that enables the user to visit any site they wish. They should then be able to purchase items on these 3rd party sites by using a pre-loaded credit and previously specified postal address.

Design

As simple, intuitive, and generally user friendly to use as possible. The user would find out about the purpose of the site and be able to log in on the home page.

Once logged in, a surrounding page would contain the user’s account details. It would hold an iframe or browser so the user could visit any website of their choosing. The user would then be able to purchase items from these pages using the credit they have preloaded to the site. These purchases would include the 3rd parties costs, and then additional costs for external shipping, and a fee for the site’s usage.

Something similar in design terms to www.whipcar.com.

The login page should contain details of how the site works, how to sign up, what benefits the user will have from using it, and how to use it once signed up.

Once logged in the page should be an in built browser/iframe to enable the user to surf the web pages they want to. It should have the capability to hide their location so the user is able to view exactly the pages they want. For example to stop redirection from a USA shop to the UK shop.

This page will have the top 1/8 with their basic account details, which would expand (to about ¼ of the page) when clicked to show more detailed account information.

Site will enable users to have their own virtual payment card, for example a card from www.entropay.com. This card should be shown on the expandable account information page. Users should be able to load funds onto this card on their user info page.

I am looking for a developer to be able to develop a concept. I personally have limited knowledge of the development required or the technical aspects needed however a clear idea of the business I want the website to enable. I would like a designer that is not afraid to email me and ask questions communication with this is key.

The development of the site should also be done in a way to enable myself or another web designer to edit the site further if needed as the business expands.
