New host and transfer my website

I need to change host and looking for someone to:
1- Find a cheap reliable new host for me (need around 1GB storage, 20+ email account, and ability to host a few domains, access to Cpanel)
2- Transfer my current Joomla installation (slightly modified from standard) to the new host and set everything up (i.e. no changes to the current website: [login to view URL])
3- Resolve any issues (right now I'm getting a warning on the main page, which seems due to PHP/Joomla version incompatibility; used to be all fine)
4- Transfer all email accounts and forwarding (i.e. create exact same ones on the new host)
