AdSense site that can generate at least $450-$500 a month

Hello,

I need you to create something that will work and give desirable profit. You should be able to tell me every step of your work, guide me through the whole process and keep a constant comunication with me via Skype or Yahoo. And if everything will go good, I'll hire you for future profitable working relationship in this area.

You will be responsible for writing the SEO optimized content, fully configuring and updating the website. You will be responsible to ensure AdSense account security from any kind of hacking attacks or any other threats from any third party.

I would prefer you would use Wordpress so that I can edit things easily later (if needed). But, this isn't a must, as long as you will explain to me how the CMS works.

You are required to create all necessary accounts using my details, which will be handed over to me and I will be all in all at those accounts. After handed over to me I will control its passwords and other administrative power. If needed for working purpose I will allow you in the admin area.

Site must follow the following:

- Should earn at least $450-$500/month;

- Select any NICHE - But except pharma, violence, gambling, porn & not acceptable sites;

- Must be 100% within the Google Policies;

- Must be Adsense Optimized;

- Traffic driven must be 100% white hat, real people, NO BOTS;

- Unique organic traffic (no traffic buy);

- All Content MUST be original and SEO Optimized;

- All copyrights will be assigned to me in writing;

- Must contain related images to niche topic.

I will pay the amount of bid only after I see constant income in my adsense account. I will hold the payment for 45 days until I am sure. No partial payments done. When project gets finish, you will be paid in full. The bidder should consider the following points:

• Tell me how you grow traffic to website.

• Show me the proof of income after 30 days of launching of website, day by day statics to be provided ( Unique Visitor, Unique clicks, ad clicked, text-ads clicked)

The perfect person would be someone who is willing to give me a good and fair price and would be willing to work on future projects exactly like this for me as we build trust with each other. Provable Adsense income is a must.

After completion of this project, if everything will be perfect, I plan on hiring you again on a salary basis.
