Data Entry Team needed

we need NO individuals, so companies must have at least 40 people now.
We have plenty of Data entry work, we need about 50 people within 1 month, this probably can grow to 100 people in few months.
We want to have a start with 5 people for period of 1 week, targets Must be made. If some employees not made target, they can not work for our projects.
Payment will be $1 per hour , so if worker works 160 a month we pay your company $160. If working 200 hours we pay $200.
Some questions:
1)How many people you have in total
1a) how many data entry workers and how many ict guys
2)can you work for $1 per hour
3) how soon can you start
4) are you working 24/7
5)why are you better than competitor, convince us we we must choose you
6)daily report, weekly report, tell us how you working now
