Tabbed windows in Internet Explorer 4.01 and up

Internet Explorer tabbed interface add in

The idea behind this utility is once you have it installed any new IE window will open into another tab on a toolbar in the main IE window.

This must be coded in VB.NET or C# but feel free to use COM extensions

A right click menu option should be present to open a new instance of IE

Much like the web attack browser but with more of an Excel style tab that shows the page title.

The user should also be able to maintain a windows title/address block list so it will function as a pop-up blocker too. This list should have the option to synchronize with an online list on our server in XML format. Before additions are made to our server they need to be authorized so a simple interface for this should exist. Also some sort of status log should be able to slide into the window to display the windows that were blocked for that session.

The difference is this will not be another browser but an Add-In for Internet Explorer

We also need an installation for this developed in Installshield 7.0 or above and a help file
