Delphi to VB conversion Email client

I have a complete and comprehensive email client written in Delphi. I am looking to have this converted to VB6 - ASAP.
I have been told there may be conversion tools but it may be that what is required is a good Delphi / VB developer to do a complete port, or rewrite using the original as a model.
Delivery time is crucial so bids that can assure me of meeting a deadline, and willing to accept a penanlty to encourage delivery will be favorably considered.
Once this job has been completed there will be ongoing enhamcements required.
A non-disclosure will be required.
Please - only very experienced VB6 and Delphi developers. You will also need to demonstrate relavant email app type experience.
If you have done something in email then please let me see this so I can best assess the right developer.
