Basic Mortgage Calculator

I need a basic mortgage calculator with these functions:
loan amount
interest rate
how many years for the loan
output:
monthly payment (principal)
monthly payment (interest)
payment (total)
I would like this calculator to be easily posted on many different websites. I intend to give this calculator away as a free tool to post on other websites. So, I need it to be made with code that is basic enough to just be copied and pasted on someones site in order to work.
One key thing that I need, is for the calculator to have an area at the top or bottom (outside of any frames, if the calculator has a frame) where I can post a text link back to my website. I need to be able to edit the text link if I want to change it later, however, I need the calculator to be made in such a way, that if the text link is altered, the calculator will not work, or wont look right. I am open to any ideas on how to work this.
I also would like the calculator to have a neat, attractive design.

I am interested in other types of calculators too. If the first job goes well, I will probably have more similar work available.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
