WordPress Plugin: Like Us, Follow Us, Instagram, and YouTube Channel, and Email to Proceed

I have a client who is providing a promotional giveaway and the criteria is that they must like them on Facebook, Follow on Twitter, Follow on Instagram, Subscribe to YouTube Channel, and signup for a newsletter. Once they have completed all the steps, then the email will be processed and validated then sent to the business.
We are looking for script that validates or provides them access to do that before the email will be sent.
The tool "Pay with a Like" for WordPress is extremely close but we want the extended ability of Instagram and the YouTube Channel and provide the email.
We would like for the plugin to be expanded or a new one developed if it is easier.

The crux of the project is to use the functionality of the "Pay with a Like" plugin but validate it so that the user cannot submit without "Liking on Facebook, following on Tiwtter, Following on Instagram, and the YouTube channel". Attached is a sample layout for how it will work. Once the user has "liked", a checkbox will appear as proof of task being completed.
