stock checker software

I run a website where i drop ship items. i use 3 different other websites to order from when i get an order in.

i need a software program that i can run and it will check the given websites for the item numbers

the item numbers from each of the 3 websites all start different so the program can know which item number is for which website

item number examples are

website 1 ) b123k

website 2) 00570576

website 3) IP3335T

so i would like to be able to set it that if the item number starts with "b" it knows to check website #1

when the program runs it should move out of stock items to to an out of stock list so it will check that list on the next run for items back in stock

so each time i run the program i with get a report of items now out of stock and items out of stock that are back in stock

Hi i have decided that for now i will be happy to have it set up to work on two websites instead of 3 so please make a note in your bid if you are bidding for it to be set up to work on 2 or 3 different websites.

"i have a website that nearly everything on it is from some one else. when i get the order i go and place and same order on one of this other sites. it is to much work to always check to see if everything i offer is in stock on these other sites. so what i want is to put all the item numbers on a text file. on a different text file i would like to be able to enter
A=www.website1.com
B=www.website1.com
0=www.website2.com
this will tell the program that Item numbers beinging with A OR B that it should check www.website1.com to see if its in stock and an Item number beinging with "0" should check www.website2.com to see if its in stock all the sites i use you can enter the item number to the search box and it will bring up the item.

so when the program runs it will check each item number on the list. if its in stock it does nothing. if the search comes back in no result or out of stock item that item number is moved to an out of stock list. at the end i get a report of all items out of stock.
the next time the program runs it will also check the out of stock list and give me a report of items back in stock. so besides the first run every other run of the program i will get two reports 1) items now out of stock and 2) items that were out of stock now back in stock
this way i can keep my website up to date with the stock of my suppliers

also i do know it will only work on the websites i give you to get it working on and i will not just be able to run it on any website since the program will need to know what and where to check to know if its in stock or not
