Setup 20 simple Wordpress SEO sites

I want 20 sites/blogs, all set up in the same structure.
In the top of the sites I want a jpeg. This jpeg must be named according to the site name. Below I tell you where to get the jpegs from which you can randomize between in the sites.
Further the structure must be:
- 1 column on the left with links and subsite menues (see below)
- 1 column on the right for text
Each site must have 4 subsites (menu items):
- Julefrokost i K?benhavn
- Julefrokost 2011
- Firmajulefrokost
- Firma julefrokost
After the user clicks on a menu item, the user will not be brought to a new page (like the link list, see below), but go to a subsite. E.g.:
From [[url removed, login to view]][1] you click the menu item "Julefrokost K?benhavn". The user will then be taken to [[url removed, login to view]][2]
These menues must be put in the left column in the top. Below these I want to place 15 links (a link list). These are not menues but links to other sites.
The right column (the text content):
I will send you the text that I want on the front page ( if I dont have it ready you can set up a sample text) in each site. The most important thing is you must prepare the site and the text for H1, H2 and H3 so I just need to change the text and dont need to change the codes.

The topbar (jpeg) from these sites can be used. These sites has google adds and footer links. I dont want these features.
The process is as follows:
You make an example of a site which I approve. You then make it live.
Then you make 5 sites which I approve and you make live. This continues to no more sites :-)
