Remap CTRL-ALT-DEL for kiosk

I have some PC's setup running Windows 7 to be used as kiosks. I have used AutoHotKey to remap the windows keys and have a small app running that kills the taskbar so users cannot get under the hood from these means. AutoHotKey, to my knowledge, can't remap CTL-ALT-DEL. There are ways of disabling the features that appear when CTRL-ALT-DEL are pressed using the group policy editor but I still want access to these features to administer the PC's myself. So what I need is CTRL-ALT-DEL key combo disabled BUT remapped to another trio of keys instead - say for example CTRL-/-\ so I can still get under the hood myself.

The small process would load on windows bootup.

I'm a scripting guy who has written in plenty of languages - C#, PowerShell, AutoHotKey, AutoIT. You name it, I can probably script it.
