Need an Wordpress ajax dynamic lists from SQL source

I have a SQL source of data that I need to be able to put into a WP page. The data (row) is setup like: ID, YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, PART, DESCP.
The SQL can be within the WP Database or a separate DB.
I need a selection list similar to the country lists where the visitor selects a YEAR from the dropdown, then the MAKE dropdown populates, then depending on that, the appropriate MODEL in the next dropdown. After that, the user clicks search and the page shows the results with clickable links.
