Col 2. Sum Total for all the positive values.
Col 3. Total number of "values" which are negative
Col 4. Sum Total for all the negative values.

You are required to process the data from start of 2010 ( 1/1/10 ) to (31/12/10)
Therefore ultimately the end result will show the "changes" throughout the entire year showing 365 rows each equip with 5 columns of respective values.
