Need a Joomla expert urgently to fix a website:

- Webhosting provider was changed and PHP is now on 5.3.13.

- Since then the Joomla hasn't worked.

We need the Joomla backed up and then upgraded so that it works. If not necessary to upgrade then at least get it working.

FTP access will be provided along with cPanel access that includes MySQL access.

The first reasonable bid will be accepted.
