Reinstall Wordpress on New Server and Other Files

I have backed up files on a new server. I need those files uploaded into a new directory on the server. The directory will already be created for you.
There are 4 wordpress directories. The databases are in the backup, but they might be installed on the new server already. You need to make sure the Wordpress directories work perfectly as they did on the old server.
I need this job done asasp. Like today or tomorrow if possible.
