Minor changes to my PHP website

Hi everyone!

I have this scripts that I got and its a similar website like [url removed, login to view]

If you dont know how it works its a website with user posts, funny posts...

ok, there are 3 sections on it (you can go and check it)

1. Hot

2. Trending

3. Vote

In the vote page, the new posts gets there, they need a number of votes (if they are popular enough) to get to the trending page (i control how many likes from my back admin area) and then in the rending are it requires some other votes to get to the hot page!

All that works just fine!! But i found a little problem that i need you to help me to fix:

All new posts that gets enough votes to be in "hot page" must appear on the top of that list (because they are new) and if suddendly i get a new post on the hot page (because it already gets enough "likes") then i just have to refresh the page and i will see it on the top... thats how it MUST work!!

The problem is that hot page is settle to put the most voted posts on the top!!! So no matter they are really old if they are the most voted they will be on the top in the first page! And i dont want that! Because if a new user gets in they will think theres nothing new!

So what i need is just that little modification in the hot page to make it new posts on the top! =) i know its a really litte change but i dont know anything of PHP

And secondly! i want you to remove the "powered by"

I wont release any payment without this done
