Xcart template integration

We are making a new online store and have decided to use xcart or litecommerce. We currently are swaying more so towards xcart, however need someone who can quickly and easily insert our template in to the xcart template system! (smarty templates are used).
We can provide PSD of the pages, and are open to some modifications if it will make it easier to the overall design? however it is VERY IMPORTANT that we keep the header image, and the image for the side boxes in the overall design.
We need someone who has GREAT knowledge of xcart & the smarty system and can start work immediately. More work will be available for the right person.
## Deliverables
We will provide the template for the various pages in xcart, we just need someone to insert them. We would like for someone to tell us what pages we need to create the template for first, so we can get this done.
We currently have 2 templates, one for static pages and one for the store. We believe we can further customise more pages, but are unsure of which. Someone with experience in xcart will be able to advise us on this.
