php curl - need to fix existing broken script

i have an existing php/curl script which is now broken due to a website update.? i can't seem to figure out the error so i'm unable to obtain necessary data.? i can provide the script if needed.
i need (via php/curl) to obtain data from a specific web site. the script has to do the following:
navigate to:? <[login to view URL]>
and submit the following options:
municipality "county wide"
document type "foreclosure lispendens"
date range "15 days"
show records "100"
total records "750"
once the page is submitted correctly the rest of my script can obtain the data from the next pages. (the coder does not have to do this)
