Mobile Phone Google Maps

Require a google maps mobile/cell phone browser based script functional on all mobile hand held devices inc, iphone, symbian. android blackberry etc... to be developed. Primary functions are;

1) enter a final destination address (not lon/lat) but via (address, city, state/region, zipcode/country)

2) determine/show users current live location on the map

3) get directions from current users location to final destination
