iPhone App development

We are looking to develop an iPhone app that lets the user choose the State, City, and then street. Then a list of bike routes will appear near that street. The user will then choose the route and a map will show the bike route.

This will insure a safe bike route.

We need advise of what else we need to develop. We would like a site for users to submit their own bike routes.

There will also be a rating system for the routes in the listing of routes in the iPhone.
