I own a pretty large and active vbulletin 3.5.3 at clubfreestyle.com. The users are constantly uploading photos and mp3s to the forum. However, navigating a forum to see all the pcitures and hear the music is a pain.

I would like a coder to pull all the files and mp3 attachments from the vbulletin database, and display them on another part of the site. Also make it so that every time a new picture or mp3 is added via the forums that it is also added to the other portion of the site via cron or some other script.

I'd like two new directories created where this information can be displayed /photos and /mp3

For the photos it might be easiest to use a pre existing photo display script like photo gallery? I'd like users to be able to view photos and comment on photos as well as be able to ad photos directly to the album.

Search engine friendly urls is a must and data must be incorporated using existing header and footer.

Mp3 portion of project may require some custom coding display and categorize songs...but photo portion should be choosing best, photo display software, installing it and then customizing to integrate with vbulletin to display pictures, and also to pull data from threads where pictures originate (if possible) to creatre grouping for pictures...
