The script is a simple yet complete ticket support system (for those interrested in knowing, it's "KubeSupport") of which a few functions need to be added.

For instance, a few more text fields to the ticket as well as being able to upload pictures needs to be available. Also, currently the ticket system only allows for a Open/Closed escallation. I also need another level added in between, where a payment through Paypal is required..

That is all. I don't expect a good programmer to take very long over this. Most of these scripts and altercations can be already found online, I just lack the knowhow how to implent them correctly.
