Magento Custom

We are looking for Magento custom features.

1. Apply Additional fee at seller level

2. Add MOV at any subcategory level.

Lets take the 1.

Our service is a multi- seller marketplace, where under a particular category or sub category multiple sellers will be selling their products.

Electronics ( Add Extra fee of 2 USD to customer when they purchase per Seller)

Customer X visit the stores and makes the following purchase. From Seller 1 he purchase Dell laptop and Lenovo tablet. Then from seller 3 he purchase Nikon Digital Camera and Toshiba tablet. So his cart will be as follows.

Let take 2. (MOV - Minimum order value)

We have different category & sub category. We should be able to set minimum order value enforced at category or sub category level.

So for example if we have a sub category - Electronics. We have multiple sellers selling different products under the sub-category Electronics..

System should enforce the customer to first satisfy the MOV condition for successful checkout. Also for Multi Seller platform, there is a MOV criteria set at seller level (fyi)
