I need to add a payment gateway with paypal to [url removed, login to view]
When a new user registers, they need to pay $X before they can logon. This needs to be a reoccurring fee each month, unless they opt out. If they haven't paid and try to logon it will let them know, and direct them to pay.
Site is done with smarty templates, so please have experience with that before bidding
