Dear Bidders, I am looking for a php expert to assist me in completing some changes to my website. I have a finished video website and need somone that is familiar with the smarty template system to modify/add/ some script to make my website complete.

1. Currently have a bb-editor which creates html code for a comment system, however the html code is printed directly and is not converted

2. need php script to embed movie player code (I will provide the code)

3. Thumbnail system needs to be checked as pictures are not resized properly.
