I have a need for a new template for my Joomla website. I have a "sample" as another freelancer was unable to complete the job but provided me with a sample of what was done so far.
It should be fairly simple as the sample will show you exactly what I am looking for with a few minor things that are missing (as it was not completed)
I am on a FIXED Budget and cannot go over $100.00 so please do not bid if you are not willing to create the template for $50.00 - $100.00.
We are a non-profit website so we cannot go over budget as our budget is small for this project.
