Hi, I am looking for someone to develop a new photo system for my social network site. This developer must be familiar with PHPFOX V3, and also this requires mostly JS so please be familiar with Java Script. What I'm looking for is for my current photo system to be replaced with an idea I came up with (please contact me to know what this idea is as this is a very unique idea I don't want to put out there). After developing this photo system will only be for me and not for resell. I'm guesing you would have to use my site API. My budget for this $250-$500. Please stay within my budget.
