XSLT transformation using Apache webserver
$30-5000 USD
Paid on delivery
Find out how easy it is to set up Apache webserver that will allow it to do XSLT transformation on the server side using a Linux server. Document the steps involved
This will require adding Xerces and Xalan to Apache
The finished configuration will mean that given an XML document and an XSLT style sheet, this will be transformed into an HTML document by any browser
You will need to set up and configure the software and create test files so that you can demonstrate the working system. This will need to be DOM based XML transformation rather than SAX
If time permits you may be asked to investigate how to integrate XINDICE with the transformation, ie using XINDICE to hold the XML documents.
You will need to configure and install the system and create sufficient data (XML documents and XSLT style sheets) to demonstrate that the system works.
(you should use windows 2000 server)
