We are looking for a professional or company with experience in IOS apps and taxi dispatch software

[login to view URL] cars are equipped with iphones and have a real time updated online interface to accept or decline order sent by taxi office dispatch.
[login to view URL] driver must have his own username & Password so that Taxi Office can see who is currently serving the order.
[login to view URL] are equipped with iphones and system must Record & show driver's real time Location (coordinates) on the map with taxi office online system.
5. Zones= office should be able to make zones on map. when driver enters a zone should be put order he was entered a zone.
DETAILED PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
TAXI DRIVER Iphone app INTERFACE
1. when a new job is dispatched to the driver it should immediately appear on the driver's screen ACCEPT OR DECLINE with count down of .20 seconds.

2. Real Time location coordinates of all drivers on duty.
[login to view URL] should have an option to request office dispatch to CALL OUT PASSENGER when driver arrives at door
[login to view URL] to click when driver picksup and shows on office dispatch map that hes occupied (red color car)
[login to view URL] to click when driver is vacant and shows on office dispatch map as vacant (green color car)
DISPATCH CENTER INTERFACE
[login to view URL] center interface should be a web based application with login and
Password with 3 level users (operator, supervisor, admin) with different authorizations.
[login to view URL] have a map of the city and on the map should show location of the cabs. Can see cars with Google maps in live tracking ( API)
[login to view URL] have input fields to post an order, (name, address, phone Number.)
4. should be able to see if driver has accepted, decline or not respond to order.
[login to view URL] be able to popup caller history from past orders ( Read incoming caller data from our PBX) & pop up a order history form on Booking Agent's Screen.
