We seek an experience SEO coder to help optimize our web site using the latest SEO technologies and best practices. In addition to SEO, we will need a blog creating, mainly to draw targeted traffic to website [login to view URL] ... i also need someone to maintain the blog with new and exciting keyword rich content every 2-3 days for a period of 3 months (for a trial run)...We will assist with keyword and description creation. Main things we are looking for; - Be able to optimize a website for natural and paid search - Link builder to gather permanent one way links (150 links) (see below) - Display results on the first page on google/yahoo/msn/etc - Increase PR, traffic and backlinks - List on the top of Paid searches - Know good paid and free advertising websites/methods which are efficient. -HTML optimisation/improvements, Header Information, keywords, Search Engine Registration, keyword tracking etc. I need to see weekly and monthly progress in the Major search engines against 20 specific key words for these sites. I'm not looking for just a once off registration/optimisation but an on going piece of work over a few months. All the content needs to be original (means [login to view URL] proof). All articles should be thorough and professional. Use of language and grammar, should be able to create a beautiful picture in reader’s mind. SEO copywriting for 5-8 keywords per article is expected. to be written in word doc format
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
