html website converted to mobile

Hi all, I have a few websites that need converting to work on mobile devices but the one I want converting at present is located at [url removed, login to view], I need this to work on iphones, ipads etc but also to work in normal browsers such as internet explorer, firefox, safari etc etc, if this can be done I need to know how it was done so I can convert the remainder of my websites as I build them, FTP, cpanel access will be given obviously to the winning bidder, many thanks for looking
