Need someone to modify a script that I have to include some fields that are missing.

1. Visitors to the site can view the description of the tender, but can not download or view the entire details if they are not registered. currently they must login to view everything. example of how it should work is [url removed, login to view]
the fields needed are so synchronize and add additional fields.

*Addendum is additional notes made to a tender, so it can be several amendments. up to 6. so include that provision
*Tender Entire document, Tender Drawings are all PDF or JPG formats
